Morning is a transition. Take time to reconnect and refocus
• Come to center and Close your eyes
• Bring attention to now, the present moment
• Check in with your body
• Open your eyes and notice the incoming sensory content and any reactions to it
• Say good morning to your mind. That busy-body is no doubt already awake and up to mischief
• Observe your mind. This is the best defense. And the sooner the better
• Recall your purpose and re-commit to it fully in this moment. Choose it newly.
• Intentionally set ego aside
• Make any additional commitments
• Thank Spirit for giving you this day
